Room was filthy. Constant "women of the night" hanging around in the lobby.
We asked for clean linen 3 times. Each time they brought back dirty linen with cum stains on them

Good value for your money when you need only one-night stay in Kharkiv. You have private bathroom (even hot water), comfortable bed with fresh bed linen and towels.
In current time it is not very safe place. All facilities are poor. But everything is functioning.

Close to the City Center, and amazing price.
The shower needs to get "snaked." There is a clog, and as the week progressed, the shower drained less and less acceptably (though still drained).
