Very central. Perfect location and beautiful view from balcony, for summer and warm weather it should be perfect for coffee and breakfast in the balcony. But there is no equipped kitchen.
The bed sheets were not clean, had an unpleasant smell, and overall did not meet professional standards.
According to the apartment rules, quiet hours are from 22:00, however, at around 01:00 we were woken up by partying neighbors. The noise — loud music, shouting, and heavy footsteps — continued until 07:00, making it impossible to sleep.
Additionally, we encountered an unpleasant situation with an elderly neighbor who was very loud and rude to us, apparently due to frustration with the number of Airbnbs in the building — something beyond our control as guests.
During our 6-day stay, only one roll of toilet paper was provided, which seems quite unreasonable. We received one additional roll only after requesting it.

I did not stay there as no nd opened the door for me. I messaged and emailed and phoned the host but there was no answer. After standing outside, in the dark, for half an hour, I had to ask a cab driver to drive to another place. He drove me to z good, cheap hotel, where I stayed for my whole time in Kharkiv. I never got any reply from the hosts at Sumskaya 46, even in the following days. Either theyvdoer, or they are just terribly careless.

The location is great, you have a lot of restaurants, stores and beautiful park near the hotel. It was very clean, the staff is very nice.

The location is excellent.
The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.
The balcony had an amazing view.
The air conditioning made the stay very comfortable, even if it was extremely hot outside.
The price is just OK
The shower was a but uncomfortable
