Staff was really nice. They have great lunch and dinners. Nice beach, seaview.
A lot of seaorchins on the beach. A little bit expensive drinks in hotel bar.

Bed was comfortable and big. However, the room did not have any sofa inside the bedroom to rest a bit. Outside chairs were not comfortable. The toilet did not have hands soup. The staff are very nice, in the reception, at the entrance and in the restaurant.
I think the price was to high for the service and type of room. It was not a cheap hotel and it did not have facilities we expected. Moreover, in the pictures the pool seem to be big and it was rather small. Also, to arrive there the road is awful (but maybe that is in all the island), it is better to walk than to go in transport.

Booked this for my partner Birthday was meant b special occasion but was a let down.
We have stayed in 7 other properties on the island and this was the only place that wasn't great.
It should be an amazing place but needs money spent on it to maintenance it.
Where the breakfast was the ceiling above is all black mould so we cancel breakfast.
The room door didn't lock, the electricity went out 40 mins after we checked in, so we had no power the whole afternoon and during the nite.
We were told by staff that they couldn't turn on there back up power but only when management was there.
When checked out spoke with manager who was just so rude.
We will definitely be back to Zanzibar but not this hotel.
It priced higher than some of the other hotels in the area which we discovered r paradise compared to here.
Big big let don't on r 14 days on the island.

The hotel staff, location and general needs (hotel room, water, cleanliness, etc.) were great. The only thing that I had read on comments before was the food menu which I found to be limiting, however this was also great for us as it pushed us to go explore other restaurants who are in Nungwi and explore more the area.
Food menu was very limiting with many items not available.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The front desk - receptionist was so helpful in acommodating my wishes and found solutions for all my demands, and at the same time very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Real professional, thank you very much! Cleaning lady was also truly great, made my room to look a million dollar one, with flowers arranged every day on a freshly made bed. Thank you very much!
