delicious food and the chef catered for anything we asked for. staff were amazing in their service and going beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy.
i would say add a bit more options in drinks that are part of all inclusive. especially non-alcoholic

Wonderful
It was a cozy getaway after long travels. The staff were very accommodating. There was fun entertainment in the evening.
It’s a bit pricey for what I received. Granted, it’s an all-inclusive and I’m not much of a drinker (that was part of the included perks).

a very beautiful hotel with a very kind and welcoming staff! It was a perfect holiday.
Food is amazing from breakfast to dinner.
The beach is affected by high and low tide - low tide was in the morning so we could swim in the ocean in the afternoon. For us perfect because we are no morning persons.
Room and the hotel were very clean. You cam find a lot of animals in the hotel area from small cute lizards to bushbabys. Like a little zoo.
My husband got a little problem with his stomache and the manager Kevin and the hoteldoctor helped him immediately.
Thank you Kevin and the whole team for this wonderful holiday!

The ambiance, the food and the amenities. Lots of activities for the kids; volleyball, beach football, pool, foosball, darts, ping pong, water sports.

Best thing about hotel is that you can ask whatever you want and 99% of your wishes come true.
As European I like some things made differently as they are in Africa but if you ask the hotel staff makes it!
As example I can say they make awsome tuna stakes if you ask them! And they also add rum to your coconut if you ask. So the main tip is - ASK!
Moreover, as experienced travelwr I have been reading reviews about the hotel and two things were very disturbing (a) that the selection of food os not very rich; and (b) that the tides make the sea go away for a far far way.
To tackle that I shall say that (a) food is good and changes everyday, so even on 11 night stay you will have a varios optios to choose from (especialy if you are into sea food); (b) tides are constant but there was no day with out sea at your foot steps to the pool, meaning that some times you have to wait half a day before sea comes back but it eventualy does.
You can't have it all. The hotel is not in the crowded city therefore most usual (for European) options of shopping are not around. On the other hand you have all necesities inside the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond. Food was delicious, location Amazing and felt sooo safe.
Check in was a bit long however we did only book on the day and the wait was worth it. We even got upgraded :) thank you

Wonderful
Kindness of staff, especially Fatma. She really went the extra miles to ensure our stay was perfect. The food was varied and excellent, so were the evening shows. A lot of activities taking place in the resort in addition to excursions also arranged by the hotel... And if you do have time, you need to try the herbal thai massage.
Check-in experience a bit stressful as front desk could not find my booking made on booking.com. The hotel went to extra length however to accomodate me. Even benefitted from a massive upgrade.

Poor
The hotel room doors are old and broken. You will see lizards by your rooms which is so scary. Most of the staff and servers need a tip for their each service, if you don’t give them a tip they will try you badly.

Room was spacious and lovely, poolside dining was fun, had everything we needed!
Buffet could have been better, more variety on some of the salads, etc.

Disappointing
Memories of staying here 12 years ago bore no resemblence to the beautiful little spot of paradise it was with fabulous food, small and delightful. Food now European concept and hideous. Beautiful beach but sadly manned by guards. Staff lovely.
Will never return. Not 5 star resort and grossly over priced. All inclusive a huge rip off. Food typical of any big package deal European holiday. Its a sprawling metropolis. No sun after 4.30 p.m. and sun loungers packed together. Food horrendous typical of an big resort holiday. It used to be table service with beautifully cooked food. Guards on beach. Its totally lost its charm and way. I wanted a room on level pathway but they wouldn't give me one consequently I needed my knee support on and walking stick to get up sleep hill to room. What a huge delevelpment, has happened obviously been taken over and ruined its delightful charm and place of paradise. £50 and no food to keep room. Until time to go to airport. £50 per person to upgrade to all inclusive. Utter waste of money had to pay for a coffee after meal. Wine like vinegar etc etc. We are looking for refund!!! Also no drawers for clothes only half size small hanging area, one small shelf. Chairs hopeless to sit on.
