The staff, Peter was super helpful, polite and friendly.
The rooms lack of protection against Mosquitoes. It wasn't worth the money charged per night.

Great location in the heart of Stone Town. We had a room on the third floor with a small balcony, which was a lovely place to sit in the evening.
As it’s an old building, there is no lift. Going up and down the stairs was a little taxing. However, it was worth it for the view.
