I enjoyed the Omelettes and pancake station.
My room was switched randomly and I do not know why. We booked the same type of room yet I did not get a bathtub in my room, I don’t know if this is because they switched my room.
The Hamam massage was not worth it, the steam did not work, it took 3 hours instead of 2 hours, and only one person for two people. I don’t think the people who work there are certified masseuse. The Swedish massage just felt like they were rubbing my skin. Not enough staff and they booked too many massages for the staff available so they were running in and out to do multiple people.
The AC didn’t work well my last night and I sweat through my pajamas and the sheets.
Staff stared too long at guests.

The room was very nice and spacious. The grounds were beautiful.
The room service was very slow. The food was terrible. Ruined a prime imported steak one time and served chewy beef in a salad another, which the exec chef blamed on the quality of local beef. Tandoori chicken tasted like tandoori powder. Other than the live cooking stations which is same in any 3-5 star hotel, the breakfast was no where close to any 4 or 5 standard.

One staff member told us that if we paid in cash, our food would arrive faster. Since we had a baby with us, we agreed. However, we were never given any receipt for the payment. In our room, we found a cockroach and peanut crumbs under the bed.

I liked the fact that this property had a waterpark next to it (Fun for kids). This property is good to stay away from the busy streets. Its soo quiet and peaceful.
Not the best location. far away from touristic area. Would have preferred walking distance instead of car. And the whole purpose of my stay there was for my kids to play at the waterpark, unfortunately they only open on weekends.

The hotel is really clean, modern, not too far from stone town. It would cost you around $10-15 per trip. The breakfast caters for all kinds of things which was good. The rooms are specious with good size toilets/bathrooms. They could do a bit better with pillow options though but it was okay.
Honestly the fact that I went to try their Spa ( massage) and I was already skeptical about getting a massage from an African woman since I am used to Thai nationals and I was not wrong because I paid almost $65 for a 50mnts massage that was not worth it.

We had a great experience with my wife during our stay in the hotel. All staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped me to get medicine when I had fever. They also arranged the room with birthday greetings for my wife.
Thank you for all the support and keep it up.
Swimming pool was closed and water park had limited activities that time. But we were informed prior aarival due to on-going maintenance.
