It has good location, friendly staff, parking at the house, water pressure is good so you can take shower which is not everywhere in town
they have ac, but not working. so it is very hot in the rooms
in my room the van was working - but it is far from the bed so very hot.
bed sheet has dirty spots, moskitonet with holes

Nothing.
The rooms were dirty, wet, full of mold and not smelling well and ac was not working. As I asked for a different room, they told me ac is not working in the whole building. Almost without any guests, no reception, breakfast is somewhere else. Then they offered me a different place to go but as I accepted and wanted to go there they told me the offer is not valid anymore. As I came back 2 days later to move into the room, it was not possible because they were renovating the room I was paying for.. Payed more then 30 days for nothing! And at the end the owner wrote me thanks for the business! I dont have high standards, but this place is ridiculous!! The owner is very unfriendly and is lying all the way through, dont trust him!

Room size was good. Great location. David was absolutely superb! Great Colonial ambience.
Mosquitos in the room. Shower not particularly clean and falling off the wall. A bit musty. Staff at breakfast were not great at understanding English which isn't a major criticism but made things a bit difficult.

The location was the best. I could walk everywhere bei feet. There is also a big hospital close by. Ferry, forodhani and the spicy market was very close.
In booking.com shows that there is garden but I did not see any garden.
In the room was a weird smell and was a bit dark and this made my stay uncomfortable.
The rooms was very big as described in booking.com
If they could invest some money and make some renovation could be the best place
The breakfast was saved in the sister Hotel (Hiliki Hotel)

Wonderful
I loved the building itself. The old wooden doors , the amazing brass locks and fixtures. It has such character and emits a vibe like happy people spent time there. The arts community. Its a warm feeling.
David , the manager is the best. He made my stay exceptional with his friendliness and kindness. Watch Wazuri!!! Asante Sana David!!!

Very kind personal, good location close to one of the main bus stations in town, tasty breakfast (egg, toast, butter, pancake, jam, fruits, juce, coffee and tea), mosquito net, table and chair, closet with hangers
No shower curtain, none or instable internet in room, just a power outlet in the bathroom
