Location was ok though not what I expected. Thought you could access beach sand from the hotel . The staff were very warm and welcoming .
The hotel looked tired , Some of the repairs were badly done and are visible . The room had a bad smell probably the carpet .
Have stayed at Golden Tulip Nairobi , it's much much better than this one

Amazing customer service and pick up. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and as described with more amenities. My brother got a surprise birthday cake and singing for him which made his trip heartfelt.
Nothing that I can think of. What could improve though is the responsiveness via booking.com

Do not stay here! It’s miles away from anywhere
It was horrible! Room was dirty. People weren’t that friendly. Our door on the room was clearly broken in. There was hair on the floor. Bathrooms stank. They then moved our room. Again the door was clearly broken again. Room was clean but on the road side and the window didn’t shut! And the noise was

Nice place to stay. Good food. Friendly staff. Facilities were good and basics.
Room design was a bit old. Toilet door a bit rusty to close. Cost is a little bit higher than expected. 15 min away from downtown.

The ambience and location. The staff is also very friendly. Had great surprises in the room on some two days how they decorated the bed. The housekeeping team is doing a great job!
The food was on point! Great chefs they have. Breakfast was also well done on all the days of my stay there.

Clean and spacious, comfortable beds, crisp linings. The staff here is exceptional. Miriam, Jackie, Mansur, and all of the rest went out of their way to anticipate my needs. They are all friendly, kind, and accommodating. Top tier!

A wonderful stay with clean, comfortable facilities and very welcoming staff. Musa was outstanding, truly a solution provider on the island. We loved the Friday buffet and the delicious breakfast.
