As a vegetarian the food options were very limited. The pool was a bit rundown

Disappointing
The hotel view of the ocean was spectacular. The rooms were nice enough
The staff were not very accommodating, and it felt very transactional. The hotel is not baby friendly. My friend's bottles for the baby got stolen on the premise by the staff and there was little effort to correct the wrong by the management.

Exceptional beautiful place very wide very spacious rooms are perfect .. the best resort in Zanzibar by far

The nature and the location of the hotel is absolutely marvelous
Our stay was great and unforgettable
Just the pumpy road outside the hotel but thats common Zanzibar issue

I had an amazing hotel stay with friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. The customer service was exceptional, and the comfortable amenities contributed to a pleasant experience. The hotel's convenient location and efficient check-in/out process were also noteworthy. Nonetheless, my stay was highly enjoyable, thanks to the attentive staff and the comfortable, well-maintained accommodations.
I am not sure if the hotel could be responsible for that but the road that led us to the hotel was miserable, this could improve the tourist experience if the hotel could fix this issue.

There was very little to fault about this place. We had villa/room 16 which had an amazing view of the ocean - at night you could see fire flies on the rocks! The room was lovely and spacious, very clean, huge bed. We got replenished with water, tea/coffee and towels etc every morning and and evening and everything was super clean. We went half board which I recommend because the food is outstanding and there are not too many restaurants around. All the staff were friendly and really tried hard to make our stay special.
They charge Western prices for drinks....and the pool although large and clean could probably do with a bit of an upgrade.

This is not 5 star , plz find below problems Very bad food ( v took half board ) Wifi poor - disconnects / not available some times Bad customer service , had to call reception 2 time to fix issues or if v need something Bathroom fittings need repair - broken shower holder , shaky toilet seat Low water pressure - shower not usable U Ac was leaking when v checked in , had to call twice to fix it They really need a good chef - food is below average , say 1star standard

We were a group of friends and took the 4 bedroom villa. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff even more. The villa itself was very cozy with an amazing vibe. The hotel is more suitable for couples though, but we had a good time.
The location was not that great, with no beach access. The hotel does provide a free shuttle to the nearest beach. Some maintenance and better care for the villa is required. But overall, I was satisfied.
