I didn't stay in the hotel because the odour in the room and the quality of the facilities were below what was advertised.
I complained, and the staff on duty understand my complaints and tendered apologies.
I have to move to another hotel on 15/8/2023 which I paid for
The smell of the room, the bedsheets were not sparkling white.seemed old, the toilet facilities and towel was nothing to write about. My health matters to me

Dreams is not located in Old Town but is walking distance via going through the market. Staff were pleasant as was the breakfast. Its good value for money if you are not expecting luxury. No lift so not ideal for those with any disability as breakfast room.is on 5th floor. Good for families as had 2 single beds with a double bed in a family room, therefore both our kids were happy as no fighting about sharing a sofa bed.

The location is perfect and within walking distance to most of the attractions. We were in honeymoon and they prepared a nice room for us and nicely decorated. and also for the breakfast you have to go up to the 5th floor with no lift.
Unfortunately the breakfast wasnt to our liking. Very poor but the last day we were offered an omelet which we appreciated but the other days we only took toast and you have to go up to the 5th floor for breakfast there is no lift. The room was clean but once we came back to the room and found her sitting on our sofa and on our clothes which is quite rude. Also the hotel is surrounded by mosque which is fine but they have speakers all around them and they start praying so early in the morning which isnt comfortable at all for someone who doesnt want to wake up at 5.30 am

1. No lift- the hotel could really be improved with the owner installing an elevator. 5 floors breakfast top floor and no lift. 2. Breakfast was a joke and only one staff. Food was limited and not enough.
