The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful in arranging reservations for nearby restaurants.
They have a laundry service for 5 items included in the price of the room, but we only found out about this at check out. Would have been nice to have known this on check in.

The staff tried to accommodate and were very friendly.
Stayed in room 105. The ceiling by air conditioner vent leaked. The room was very damp and with musty odor. The first floor hallway was being renovated with application of varnish/oil based paint fumes causing dizziness.

The location and staff were great.
The rooms were very damp 24/7. There was a strong mildew smell throughout the air making it really hard to breathe. There ventilation system seemed like it was molded through. This ruined our experience and I am leaving with a tight chest & sore throat. The cherry on top was the $5 per person per night infrastructure tax that we were charged with at checkout that we were not aware of beforehand.

Nice staff, good rooms, helpful with arranging taxis etc.
Its quite difficult to find, especially at night. Whilst the staff were lovely, the room was clean the location wasnt very clear and the rooftop restaurant was really quite expensive and there seemed to be confusion regarding cocktails.

Beautiful building, lovely large room with comfortable bed, fridge with daily bottled water and tea making facilities. Nice garden/bar area. Roof terrace restaurant Taarab - had one meal there which was very nice.
The breakfast buffet selection was rather limited, msinly local or continental style food but had an egg station. The pool was inside a separate building next door and although very nice there were no sunbathing facilities. You could sit in the garden but again this was not set up for sunbathing. It did have pizza oven and they looked very tasty.
