Check in Staff at reception not very cooperative, bookings mention check in 3 pm whereas hotel check in time is 4 pm!!!!

Very good location calm place not loud music good food variant buffet a lot of options in restaurants with everyday new menu in buffet

The rooms was beautiful and very clean! The staff was amazing, very friendly. Especially Raphael at the beach bar! Beautiful beach views. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay there again.

The staff, the facilities. Beautiful.
The beach itself isn't that nice to get into, unlike in different parts of Nungwi. When the tide is low, there are a lot of seaweed specifically in front of Turaco. When the tide is high, the waves hit the wall and it's not comfortable getting in nor swimming.

Just the location and the beach. All the rest was not good
They couldn’t fix the toilet during our stay. We had to sleep with licking toilet water. Facility is old and not worth to money we paid.

Staff were friendly.
The day of arrival we arrived early morning knowing we were before checkin time. We were not offered breakfast or anything to make us feel comfortable or welcome. The beaches were very dirty covered in rubbish. The variety of food was ok a bit disappointing that there was not a very good selection of fresh seafood. We would have thought that would be a priority instead lots of curries etc. after day 1 both of us got very sick and we narrowed it down to salads probably washed with tap water as after this we didn’t eat any of the salads and we were fine so beware.

We really enjoyed the delicious buffet. Overall, the food and service were outstanding. We especially appreciated Efrazia who with her kindness and big smile brightened the day. Everyone in general was gracious. Even making a cake and singing for my birthday. Delightful.

Super friendly staff, comfortable rooms with amazing ocean views. Food quality was excellent at the restaurant, good variety too. Safe environment and well placed to explore other parts of Nungwi Beach.
Shame that the 2nd restaurant wasn't included within the all inclusive package

This resort was amazing! I would highly recommend to everyone! I came as a solo female traveler and felt very safe. There is security at the beach so you are left alone. The beaches were beautiful. The rooms were pristine and amenities perfect, there is even a small gym with some cardio equipment, stationary bike, and some free weights. The staff were exceptional, very attentive and so nice and accommodating! They helped me call the ferry to move my ticket back because I had to stay an extra day! The food was pretty good too, definitely try the pweza (octopus)!

Awesome location right on the beach. Clear warm tropical water! Great service at the pool bar. Dinner was quite tasty - service slow and lacks attention to detail. Live entertainment fantastic!
The worst beds and pillows ever!!!! Liquor extremely expensive. Restaurants staff are slow, uninformed and not well spoken. Breakfast is bland with limited options and zero imagination - same menu for 5 days. Utterly disappointing for what you pay
