The pools were beautiful, and the closeness to the beach.
The breakfast was a little bland. 703 and other rooms near the second pool with the bar will have to deal with noise and music from the pool/bar/dinner area. There was also a lot of noise from the staff area from the opening and closing of doors, people talking, and the sounds of carts or something moving around near 703 and rooms close by that area.

The property is immaculate and well maintained. Any requests we have made were immediately addressed and communication was better than any resort we’ve been to!

The location is ideal as it’s closer to most activities.. customer care was brilliant though there is room for achieving better,
What I didn’t like is the way they made us shower at a bathroom on the corridor of the tour desk service despite requesting for a late check out due to our flight delay and even after requesting for a lower upgraded room that is available to prepare for our departure as we were out the whole time. We even realized that our room despite being told there was a guest it had not even been cleaned by the time we were back at 130pm

Soft beds, gorgeous view, delicious food
Waitstaff are inattentive and only friendly to some. One whole section of the hotel had major electrical problems in the evening with no water or electricity. It kept going off and on for more than 30 minutes until the sockets in my room all popped. I was worried my converter was blown however the staff checked on a device and it was ok (after they asked me to check on my phone- and potentially ruin that too? No thank you). I asked to be moved to a room with electricity and water which they did.

The infinity pools looking over the oceans, staff are very friendly and cheerful and got very caring when they figured out that I am alone and ensured checking on me all the time and speak with me more :)
I was staying at the sea-view room, it was right in-front of the pool and ocean and i even headed out through the balcony as its a shortcut.
Rooms are spacious and very clean and got cleaned daily with flowers decoration on the bed every time they clean up the room.
Entertainment during the dinner was nice but could be more lively and last for longer. Variety of food is good.
Breakfast buffet is very good with several options suitable for everyone.
The day I checked in, the room was sprayed heavily with pesticides to an extent that i couldn’t breathe easily even when i opened the balcony the smell remained strong and i got sick for 2 days.
Food is good but not very delicious specially the meat tasted weird.
Pool menu prices are slightly expensive but as long as you can afford the hotel ticket value, it would be ok for you. Also, the Maasai tribe at the beach were annoying and keep chasing female tourists

oceanfront hotel, here you can experience the silence in a mindful way. not so close to the crowded areas. you can have long or short walks around early in the morning till like noon and if you’re lucky you can see some beautiful creatures like seashells and seastars. after that time due to high tide it’s not possible-till night. view is amazing, nature is stunning, the sound of the ocean relaxing and extremely helps you to feel relaxed and happy. hotel area is secure, it’s also secure to walk alone to the village or nungwi beach by the road-anytime.breakfast was ok-after 9.00am it’s possible to miss some options :) terrace menu prices affordable. staff is very friendly and nice and also they’re ready to assist you to make you feel a good vibe. not good with the names and forgot his name but poolguy helped me very politely with a medical urgency. i really appreciate his kindness. some masai people around but they’re also kind and definitely need to be supported. they’re not pushing you a lot like in any other main crowded locations in the island. you can watch the stars when sky view is clear. some relaxing points which need to be improved. sunbeds were comfortable and the beds as well.
make it clear; you have no chance to swim and enjoy the ocean, you can only give a try :) i’m a bit disappointed since i chose this hotel for the beach mainly. there are 2 swimming infinity pools, but really small. rooms were ok but not alike in the pictures. a standard menu they have with limited options. beverage menu was ok. you need to go to bed not later than 11pm since there is nothing around-if you are looking to be relaxed it’s a good place to stay, if you’re looking for something else you should better to stay in places close to the main beaches.
