Wonderful
Clean, well renovated, great location. I've stayed at several places in Moshi over the last 13 years and like this best for a town location.

Pleasant
I only stayed one night, it was all ok but nothing really special and I found the service a bit pricy for what it is. The pick-up at airport is charged 70 USD which is really above what it should have been. But anyway, I slept well and the food at the restaurant was not bad.

Disappointing
I stayed here for 2x single days before and after a Kilimanjaro hike. It was the hotel that the group was using as our meeting/end point.
First night pre trip I had a quiet room (room 1)
It was pleasant enough but WiFi didn’t reach as far as inside the room.
The restaurant staff were exceedingly helpful, courteous and friendly every time I had a drink or meal in the restaurant. 10/10 for those guys.
Room 1 from first visit has a bathroom light that was constantly off and on (wiring issue?), an ac unit that sounded like a plane taking off and Wi-Fi that never reached as far as inside the room.
2nd visit here post hike I was in room 11 on upper floor which was super noisy. Sounded like cars were actually inside my room.
The worst of all is that the reception area on 2 occasions turned off the Wi-Fi when our group of 12 had assembled for dinner (was off 3hrs til we left) and breakfast the next morning. They blamed it on weather but 100% they turned it off.
I had to complain to our rep and miraculously the Wi-Fi was back on again in 5 mins at breakfast.

The location was in the city
Ac wasn't working, and the room was warmer than outside. The window lets in a lot of noise. The diner took 1 hour to arrive. There was no WIFI connection in the room. They had a 2.5% fee for credit card that weren't mentioned on policy. The card reader wasn't working at all (even with 3 different cards). Thus, i was forced to find an ATM and paing cash.

Good location in the city center and a nice pool.
Unfortunately we had some incidents with the staff that made us feel uncomfortable. One waiter thought we are locals and ran after my friend when she entered the premises and asked her what she wants here. It’s very sad to experience how foreign owned hotels treat locals or local looking people. What was also weird is while I had to enter my credit card details on booking.com to book this hotel (it says that the hotel will charge my credit card before my stay), one day before we left, the hotel insisted that we pay at the property. I didn’t have another choice than to pay, even risking that I could be charged again via booking.com. Unfortunately they didn’t clean our room and didn’t exchange our towels during our stay and we had to ask for new toilet paper every day, because we only had one roll in the room.

Very Good
Clean, spacious and tastefully decorated room. Comfortable bed, good mosquito net, hot shower. Pool was clean and pleasant.
There were no pool chairs. As the location is right in town it’s a little noisy at night. The water bottle in the room is too small.

Very Good
The location was excellent, right in the centre of town. The pool was nice, although we didn't use it.
The air-conditioner was a bit useless, but it's a developing country, so it wasn't really that big a deal.
