The location is very good on the Jambiani Beach. All staff people are very kind, the room is very clean and the restaurant has amazing options of food and drinks!

Stefania and the staff were incredible hosts. It was my birthday during my stay and they went above and beyond. The food at the resturaunt was amazing; the pasta and the pizzas were really tasty. Breakfast amazing. We booked our tours via Stefania and we really really enjoyed them. The companies providing the tours were prompt and provided some unforgettable days out. The tours we did were mtende, pungume and maalum, and we would recommend all 3, they were really all spectacular and very well organised, luckily these areas werent too busy either so a lot of it we got just to ourselves which was brilliant. Wed particularly recommend pungume - snorkelling with fish, starfish, the most beautiful clear turquoise sea and golden sandbanks, fresh beach bbq. All 3 trips however were to amazing places. We were so lucky to be in such close proximity to all 3!! As for the accommodation itself, we stayed in a beach bungalow which was extremely clean, with comfy beds, fantastic decor and despite it being the hot season cool enough to sleep with the fans. It was right next to the beach which made it easy to go to and from the accommodation. The beach area itself had an amazing relaxed atmosphere, we often spent our time in the evenings just relaxing there watching the sunset and the world go by. Bahari is located literally on the beach so we could be within the boundary of the hotel but still experience it. A lot of the local families live close by and its really nice to be able to experience Zanzibar in a more authentic way. Every evening theres football games on the beach which are fun to watch. At night the stars look amazing. Thank you once again Stefania and the team. We have genuinely never wanted to return somewhere more!! It was amazing

The place is located in a quite relaxed beach at south of paje. The staff are very friendly and the owner was always open to take care. Fantastic pizzas made in total italian way with fresh local products. We advice everyone that goes to Jambiani or Page to at least stop at the restaurant for their magnificent pizza. We fully recommend the place.

This place is paradise - nice staff, Stefania and her mom are lovely, doesn't feel too crowded, limited number of beach boys around and lots of access to Jambiani Beach, good cocktails/food (especially pizza, of course) at the restaurant. Exactly what my wife and I needed for a few days and nights of pure relaxation

Stephania belissima bella! We had a superb family beach holiday at Bahari Beach hotel. Above all we should mention lovely Stephania and her welcoming staff, are doing the ultimate to make you feel at home during your stay. Stephania build the place herself to what it is today, so you really feel she puts her hart into the business and her clientele. The hotel has a great beach vibe with a garden and open dining area straight on the beach. It has 5 rooms including 1 family room. Situated in the garden you feel that neatly wiped nice fine tropical island white sand under your feet as soon as you step out your hotel room door. Everything breaths the chill and relax vibe, all decorated in african style. The beach beds, the scattered around sitting corners all build from wood with palm tree roofing. You wont find any plastic furniture throughout the compound. Stephania has an eye for detail. And the food! The menu is a mix of tanzanian style seafood and italian style cuisine. Did i mention already Stephania is from Italy? So you can expect true Italian made dishes and pizza prepared by her mother! Mamma mia! Travelling with family of 5, we had 1 room with 2 kingsize and 1 room with 1 kingsize bed close to each other. The rooms are spacious and again with that authentic african decoration. The "ladies" are keeping the rooms clean and clear of creepy tiny wildlife you might expect in Africa under palm wooden roofing. So combined with outstanding wifi, even my kids had nothing to complain about! The hotel is situated at a quieter part of Jambiani beach, so no loud music or parties disturbing the peace. For a shop or groceries you will need a ride which you can book via the hotel or take a five minute walk to the mainroad and take a chance on the "local" public transport. Next time i visit i would hire a car for the week as prices are not high and getting around is easy.

Great look for this lodge outside and inside the rooms, the design is based on local materials and techniques (exp braided palm roofs), blends in perfectly into the environment. Very good breakfast with both local and continental dishes. In general the restaurant is excellent, and probably the best pizzas in Zanzibar. Stefania and her staff are very nice and helpful, they make for this lodge a very friendly atmosphere, and will assist you with any specific need during your stay.

Stefania and her Mum run this beautiful place called Bahari Pizza restaurant and accommodation. The place is so nice and beautiful, Italian food and drinks, welcoming hospitality feeling like you home. The staff was amazing and lovely, beautiful place to spend your holiday. We loved the place!

If you are looking for a place to stay at Zanzibars East coast, look no further. The property is literally on the beach so we could hear the ocean from our room every day. Great food and amazing place to relax and enjoy sun.
