The employees were great. Very clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds and nice pools.
Disappointed with the food. Dry fish, few choices. The crows ruined every meal.
We needed a doctor and were transported in a run down, dirty vehicle and an unprofesssional driver.

I loved the ocean view ,hospitable staff and when when we opted for a late check out it was effortlessly granted ,thank you white sands ?.Thanks to the assistance rendered to us when we needed to get to the boat taking us to Budya Island.
During our booking we paid for a bed and breakfast but to our surprise ,we were again asked to pay for same breakfast because we needed room service ??

Good breakfast with many options, nice food in the restaurant as well. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Friendly staff who are always there to help a hand. Free access to Water World which is a nice place for kids to slide in the pool. Also the pools near the hotel are nice with the option of getting food and drinks. One pool is also open for locals, while the other pool is only for hotel guests.
If you want to enjoy the beach you might be a bit disappointed because at this side of Dar Es Salaam the beaches and water are usually dirty. Even though they are always hard working to take all the litter away! Even though the view and the lovely sea breeze is still there! And if you want to swim just enjoy the pools!

The location
The hotel is very dirty and there are mosquitos everywhere ,the mosquito nets ate so dirty and worn out.
The staff are so slow i kept on trying to ask for room service but no one answered the telephone.

The bed was very comfortable, great view of the garden and beach. The breakfast had a ton of variety, and all the staff were well trained and friendly.
Just be aware that there are a lot of events happening at the hotel during weekends.
