Nice spacious apartment with hot water and kitchen. The staff was nice.
The AC in our room did not get cool. Told staff after the first night, maybe didn't understand, but not fixed.

The host was very friendly and arranged keys promptly despite it being a last-minute booking as our previous booking was cancelled at the last minute. The charges were also lower than the advertised rates.
ACs were old and the apartment needs better upkeeping.

my room was comfortable enough and the aircon worked well. when I asked a fan was brought up for me too. the sheets and towels were good. the lifts to the apartment worked well and the lady who I communicated with was very nice.
the apartment was left with food and dirty dishes everywhere most days. not that it’s the owners job to clean up after other guests but it’s not my job either. mostly I struggled to find clean mugs and utensils. there was a definite shortage of utensils. the gym was pretty nasty. i expected similar to the photos. it’s not like that. maybe once, but not now. there was no aircon in the gym and only half the equipment worked. the washing machine was tricky to use and it’s lucky I brought my own pegs. the wifi only occasionally reached my room and that was frustrating too. overall not at all what I expected.

i really love the location.
the caretaker is friendly.
the bed covers doesnt smell good and i noticed that they dont wash the quilts after the other guest, left they just fold it..change and wash the pillow cases and linens only. And other lines from other rooms.
I cannot do my laundry because the caretaker said i have to wait for her to finish washing loads of bed covers from other rooms before i can wash..and for 2 or 3 days of my stay there, the caretakers hang out there only with other people with them, so you cant cook or use the dining table because they are all over the place.

Beautiful, clean and spacious. Beyond our expectations. The place looks better in real.
We had a hard time finding the place. Please write the name of the building in ad. It is next to Village Supermarket.
Building main entrance looks like an underground parking but don't be deceived.

Close to the Coco beach, above supermarket, guarded, about 15min by car from old center.
The beedrom was comfortable, with balcony on 7th floor. Separate private toilet.
The kitchen is not maintained. Hard to use stove. Garbage in the balcony wich was searched every day by crows. Bathroom had no warm watter three days.

Decent room and bathroom, the WiFi was working well, nice view. The living conditions are good and the stay depends on the roommates you are sharing the apartment with
- Terrible roommates in the shared apartment :( Super noisy (till 4 am), super dirty, super drunk nonstop. The sad fact is that both were ladies, Tanzanian.
- the gym and the swimming pool cannot be used. The first one - a few rusty old machines. The pool is quite small and looks muddy, no sunbeds for sunbathing and the pathway for reaching it out is super dirty.
