The water in the bathroom was literally dirty brown.
Breakfast was cold for the 5 days that I spent there .
The Female egg station chef Elma was very rude never pays attention and behaves as if she’s doing you a favor.
The reception staff and security were helpful and friendly and so were the room service waiters .

We had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Resort. One of the highlights was the buffet breakfast, which offered a good variety and was well prepared. The swimming pool is large, clean, and perfect for relaxing or spending time with family.
However, the resort could be improved by offering more entertainment and activities for guests, especially in the evenings or for families with children. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with great facilities, but adding more activities would make the experience even better.
