The good in restaurant was slow and not great. Staff were not friendly. They did not make you feel welcome. The beach needs cleaning as its beach front and not having it clean is ridiculous

The breakfast wasn’t good for the 6days

I was at this hotel last year, everything was much better. Now everything has become absolutely worse. I booked two rooms with two separate beds, but when I arrived they told me there were none. And if I needed an extra bed, I would have to pay $25. We spent an hour explaining to them that we had already paid for everything. In the end, they angrily put a bed in only one room. The air conditioning in the room didn't work, and no one bothered to fix it after we told them. They didn't do anything at all, it was terribly hot in the room! Only the next day were we moved to another room. The pool is large, but often dirty. The beach by the ocean is terrible, there is so much trash that no one cleans up, although it is their territory. This is the only dirty beach in this area, the others clean up. The hotel administration is rude. They are rude, asking for money for imaginary things. Once they demanded money from me for coming to my room with a bottle of soda that I bought at a nearby store, and a lot of money at that. I do not recommend anyone to choose this hotel if you do not want to ruin your holiday or impressions of Tanzania.

Shocking facilities. Cockroaches in the bedroom. The shower did not work. The water could not release itself off the floor. Drainage issue. Food was below average. Staff are friendly trying to compromise for the shortcomings of the property. I am seriously disappointed. I will not return to Landmark Mbezi ever again!!!!!!

If you are looking for a quiet time don't book landmark. There was extremely loud music in the weekend from the Hotel itself. Slept there 3 times before and former stays where same loud experience either from neighborhood clubs or Hotel itself. Believe normal days are more quiet but weekends be prepared for loud music.

There service is not good Floor was not cleaned, phone was not working, internet was not working properly, TV only 3 local channels & break fast was not much good. For stay They are charging 4 star facilities but the value less than 3 star facilities..

Uncontrolled music and cloud at the pool and beach side, the room wasn’t tidy, not hot shower.

You paid for 4 stars hotel. But the feel is like a 2.5(except the swimming pool, which is 4 stars standard). The breakfast is the poorest one from all other 4 stars. The booking.com shows you can check out at 12:00, but the staff said you should check out before 11:00. And finally, I talked to the locals. They said that you can get a room with half price compared to booking.com Haha, this is the reason for all. If it's 40 dollar, it's a good hotel.
