The location was excellent and cleaning was done very well. Rooms are also big.
The breakfast didn’t have a good variety, though what was provided was ok. Staff response especially house keeping was slow.

The property and staff were absolutely amazing. The courtyard pool was a lovely place to spend the day having a few cocktails and a few swims. The resort area across the road was free to access for guests and had a beautiful beach to walk on. Everything was affordable and delicious. Would definitely go back in we go to Dar es Salaam again.

The hotel is located in a very good neighbourhood that comprises some 5 star hotels. The area is nearby the beach and peaceful. The breakfast saved at this hotel is on spot, clean swimming pool and welcoming stuff.
The standard room which I was given had a broken aircon hence it circulates bad air which made me feel uncomfortable. I asked my room to be changed which they did but there wasn't any meaningful improvement. The standard rooms' furniture and facilities are due for some renovations particularly the bed headboards, tables, ceilings and windows. They were good during their time but now are overtaken by time.

Very nice hotel. Nice swimming pool. Very good breakfast that is changed every day. Very good AC. Good Wi-Fi. Netflix included at the room. Smart-TV that connect to your Lap-Top. Acceptable beach area, with multiple TVs showing Premier League and other sports, small play area for children on the beach.
Location is a little remote. Only restaurants is the ones in the other Hotels close by. No other bars or entertainment. The Hotel should make better effort to clean the beach every morning.

A very nice hotel, very clean, nice swimming pool, very good AC, well maintained rooms and area, nice hot water in the shower, very good Wi-Fi, Netflix on the Smart-TV that also connect to your Lap-Top. Room service with a small selection of assorted dishes, A very good breakfast by African standard, some of the dishes was rotated day by day, so you had different options each morning, this is a welcomed offer if you stay more than a few days. A very good hotel for the price range. In our booking order, there was a programming mistake, where it was registered only one guest in our room, so we had the breakfast for two guest all stay, without any protest from the Hotel. We only become aware of this "error" when we checked-out, so this was also an amazing proof of the professionalism and customer service that was provided.
The area is a little remote, there is not many restaurants other than the ones in the surrounding hotels. The prices in the room service menu seems a little too high, especially for the soft-drinks and alcohol.

Excellent atmosphere for families and children- there was a nice pool and the beach is also very close. There is the hotel side and then an entertainment area set up for kids near the beach. They have lots of games and fun things to do, and the employees and hotel staff are very welcoming. Gopi invites the kids to see and play the games and he went above and beyond to make it fun and enjoyable!! All the staff genuinely cares and they are friendly. It's an excellent property even if you came without kids or family. Despite the excitement, it is still peaceful and tranquil.
