I arrived at 3am and nobody was picking the phone even though I had notified the host. In the morning I woke up late around 11am but they refused to serve me a breakfast and didn't reduce the price since I didn't had a breakfast.

The room was perfect and the location was apt for where my meeting somewhere in the middle of all facilities inclusive of the Bus Rapid Transport commonly known us BRT.
The staff were helpful in directions of where I was to go

Disappointing
The room itself was beautiful and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a private balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
