The property is in a great location. It has beautiful view and proximity to heart of the city.
It can be little confusing due to other businesses being in the same building.

Wonderful
Very centrally located. Within a couple minutes walking distance to the ferries for Zanzibar / Pemba, to the National Museum. There are good restaurants, bars, cafés and ice cream parlours, a supermarket and a bookstore in the neighnourhood.
The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great location for us walking distance to the ferry terminal. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and the room was well appointed and comfortable. Best shower we had in Tanzania. The restaurant was closed due to a poker tournament but the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was great.

We were pleasantly upgraded to a king executive room. Staff arranged transfer to airport. This location is an easy walk from the ferry terminal and that is why we choose it. The soup at supper was so delicious we came back the next night and ordered the same as a starter. We were happy with the value at the restaurant.
I use maps.me and that app had the location at the wrong place. Since properties are not addressed in Dar es Salaam, locating the entrance elevator can be difficult. The hotel is located in the same building as the casino. That would make it very easy to find.

Warm welcome staff are friendly. Living room was decent space
Bathroom was too small water would splash all over the floor while showering and while booking the photo showed something else. Toilet was right behind the door can hurt someone unknowingly.

The view was more that excellent..the staff was helpful and polite.
The tub ...jacuzzi was out of order , not working i had free upgrades but I still paid 55,000thou extra..it was very disappointing because I was looking forward for the tub o jacuzzi.

The staff was great. The room was large and clean BUT…
Although clean ventilation in the room and hotel smelled moldy, uncomfortably so. There appeared to be mold in the shower. The breakfast was just okay.

Location of the hotel, rooms had a strong smell, in short it is not a family hotel. In short i did not stay there though it was late. We had to search for another hotel at mid night.
