I booked under booking .com on 12/20/2025 to 12/21/2025 and I paid by my credit card than I was whole day in my business when I came at night they said we don’t have your booking I showed my confirmation but unfortunately it happened I paid twice at the morning when I checked I submitted my complain they said it was mistake but you ask your endorsement from booking . Com

Beautiful and comfortable rooms, staff are very friendly and helpful, lovely pool in private spot with pool service and an excellent breakfast buffet.
This is our go to hotel in Dar. 30 minutes in good traffic from the airport.

The Sunday Brunch is fantastic! A superb selection of local and international hot food, breads, fruits, meats, cheeses and more. The restaurant is beautifully designed in an African/Zebra motif. Then dinner at the Indian Restaurant exceeded all expectations. The delicious grilled shrimp were served on a skewer that was "hanging" above the plate, a very dramatic presentation to be sure!
Our group of 12+ arrived and we had to wait 20 minutes before our reservations were attended to. We were expected yet only one person was at reception. It took way too long to check in. Unfortunately, the beds are hard. Remodelling is ongoing so maybe new mattresses or a topper will be included in the renovations.

But feels unsafe in the evening and has renovations ongoing
Very stuffy room - no way for aircon temperature even at the lowest point of the adjustable knob to cool the room. It was damn uncomfortable and stuffy and I had to take a cold shower just to fall asleep
There are ongoing repairs and renovations which wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking the hotel - making the day time too noisy for taking calls

I’m so disappointed, due to the fact that my booking was included SPA service but during my stay the hotel refused to offer a free SPA service as recommended in my booking.
The hotel receptionist stated that, the letter from booking.com didn’t state about inclusion of SPA service in my booking.

Fantastic place, with clean and spacious comfortable rooms. Friendly staff, always happy and available to assist. Probably one of the top hotel in the city. Amazing breakfast every day.
