The staff - from the reception team to the managers and restaurant waiters - were all kind, cheerful, and extremely helpful. They also assisted us with booking taxis and gave us great recommendations on where to find various places in the city.

Location is convenient for many things. It is not far from the airport and a walkable distance to the ferry terminal. It is surrounded by the urban Tanzanian experience.

The central location in Kariakoo made it easy to navigate and explore the city. The facilities were well-kept, the room was sparse but clean; overall was a comfortable place for a quick overnight stay while passing through Dar es Salaam.

We were met at the airport by the hotel staff and the ensured that everything went smooth. We booked 8 rooms and sent them the room allocation before our arrival and the were ready and waiting for us

The Location, The Stuffs are very friendly.
But you can see they have a pressure behind.
And they can’t work properly, As someone is there often.

The Breakfast For the money peoples pay it not worth it.
And most is Indian Food, you need to offer African Food and lots of Fruits to have choice, for the money we pay.

The location was good, staff were nice and polite epically the lady by the door security
The front desk lady when I did the check in was not friendly I asked her if I can had extra sheet she asked for the reason, I had to come all the way down to asked again

The receptionist was so uncomfortable, with Unironed and dirty clothes, foul smell in the place. The rooms are poorly ventilated and the place is unsafe.
