The location. It's very close to the airport.
The staff was very unresponsive, and the lady tried to scam me for the currency exchange rate. The other assitant kept coming and knocking in my room acting as if the previous guest had forgotten items, there was no towels, no hot water,

limited breakfast, prepared in a rush
air conditioning and power to the room was turned off at 6am as if they wanted to force you out of the room. It went off just as the sun was rising and with translucent curtains on the windows the room turned unbearably hot. No hot water

Exceptional
Much better than some reviews suggested. Convenient for the airport, staff friendly and helpful, good food cooked to order. Comfortable enough. Free pick up from airport was a bonus.
Location seems a bit rough, ok if brought in by taxi but you wouldn't go out for a walk at night!

The bed was uncomfortable.
The staff.( No customer service, some workers were sleeping at the reception drunk, they dont have unifom
and walk bare foot)
The whole room.
The lights where LED (Blue) too bright that we couldnt sleep from the reflection outside.
There was a trash bag on the balcony.
The bed sheet were dirty.
Theres no Elevator.
The Tv wasnt pluged and broken,left ontop of a table.

Disappointing
The location is not what is expected; it's a rough road in a neighbourhood off the highway. There are no amenities around and the restaurant closes early. The breakfast was not continental as advertised
A lot; the beddings seemed old, the showers had no curtains, there was no functional TV in the room, there were no slippers provided. It was disappointing to say the least
