This accommodation is comfortable. You will need transport to get anywhere from there, you can walk but the roads around are not very walking friendly, at least during rainy season. But if your stay is short and you have pick ups and drop offs it is very good and recommendable. Breakfast is good and if you don't have time to have it there, the friendly staff can give you a breakfast box o bring with you. There is also a restaurant on site, the food is ok.

Wonderful
Beautiful surroundings in the heart of Arusha. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend Tulia!

The hotel property was beautiful with the landscaping and pool setting. Staff extremely friendly and top notch service during our dining experiences and check-in/check-out. Great value for the money.
No fault of the hotel--really loud and obnoxious bird on the premises!

The property is beautiful. The staff were really helpful especially Flora who was so warm and helpful. The beds were super comfortable.
I felt that the food was not up to standard and not much choice.

Breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional for Tanzania. Restaurant was ok, the pool had very limited seating. Good place for a 1 or 2 night stay. Clothes cleaning was inexpensive.
Internet was had to get a good connection and we lost the internet a lot.

Nice hotel inside after getting into the compound area, beautiful marble designed floors. Restaurant and bar available various hours. Security so felt safe. Large spacious rooms, very hot showers. TV with local and international channels.
The location was in the village setting, bad roads to get to the gate, breakfast options was minimal and not enough portion. Wifi wasn’t working often and very slow. Outdoor pool was dirty so couldn’t use due to our preference. Dinner service was very slow since many people stayed so took over an hour for serving.

The staff is very friendly and it's located close to town (with a scooter or taxi) and also close to the border of the town to not be in traffic when you're visiting national parks and waterfalls.
The rooms are really old and the breakfast was not that good (6/10).
