Great location, near the city center but still peaceful. The hostel is gated and has really lovely grounds. The pool, sunbeds, hammocks, rootfop with bar, pool table and darts, and plenty of space to lounge around give the hostel a resorty feel. There are also areas to get some quiet time and tune it to work. The staff are super friendly and helpful (some are even up for a friendly completely-non-competitive game of pool ;) ). The common areas and the rooms are clean and cozy. The bathrooms are spacious and... come with hot water! I enjoyed my short stay and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Arusha.
The hostel is great and offers an amazing value as is! The two minor improvements to make it better yet would be.. adding more fruit to breakfast (but there's a shared kitchen with loads of cabinet space and a fridge, so I just bought my own), and getting new set of towels for the rooms (but.. most people who stay at hostels bring their own, anyway, myself included).

This place a home away from home. If you don't want that hotel vibes, this is it. Loved the stay and would make the place my other home while in Arusha.

We really enjoyed the pool, it's perfect for children since it's not deep. We also liked the room, the beds and the spacious bathroom. We also enjoyed the lovely art everywhere in the common spaces (which were also really spacious) and we had lots of fun at the rooftop bar with pool table, darts and great staff and atmosphere. We loved that they organised a movie night, despite the low number of people in the hostel.
The shower itself was amazing but ran out of hot water very fast. This was not a big deal to us, as we weren't staying for many days. Breakfast was very basic, which was ok, but then the kitchen staff could have been a bit more welcoming. Besides breakfast we did not make use of the restaurant.

I initially planned to stay here for 3 nights after climbing the kilimanjaro in order to recover and getting to explore arusha before going on to a Safari.
Fully unexpectedly, I found and very open and welcoming group consisting of other travelers, long-term guests and hostel personnel that made my stay so great that in fact decided to stay two more nights after the safari.
Either during dinner, in front of the pool, or the rooftop, is was very easy to get in touch with others and interact, share a drink and many stories and jokes. Whenever I return to Arusha, I’ll certainly stay here again!

The place is super well maintained and clean. I tried both the double room and women's dorm, and no complains. The breakfast is also nice with eggs and fresh veggies. The pool area was very chilly and the water wasn't pumpped with clorite, but running and fresh. For those after activities, there is weekly programme from yoga to movie nights and workshops. For barbats, the roof top bar is a good place to meet other travellers.

Super Lovely people, very clean, lots of hot water, they turned my laundry (after 3 weeks camping) around in 4 hours.
I thought the dinner, which was very reasonably priced, was far too starchy. There is a good guest kitchen. I would cook my own meal.
