Our stay at Njiro Climax in Arusha was truly enjoyable. The environment is peaceful and well-kept, perfect for anyone looking to relax. What stood out, though, was the food — delicious! Every meal felt homemade with care, full of flavor, and satisfying. It honestly exceeded our expectations.
Special thanks to Eunice, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her warmth and attentiveness made my stay even more memorable.
I’d highly recommend Njiro Climax for anyone visiting Arusha. Great hospitality, tasty meals, and a cozy atmosphere — we will be back!
I’d love to see a wider wine selection in the future — it would be a great touch to complement the amazing meals

We loved the spaciousness at this hotel, the pool and food. Cassim the bartender stood out but all the staff were so friendly.
Wifi a bit weak in the rooms, but not a deal breaker.

Great personnel! And very clean location.
Bad location compared to the town as they are not a lot of things to do beside it. It is in the countryside of Arusha. Unable to pay with card as the machine didn’t work.

There was AC.and rooms were clean
It was not like the pictures...but rather a very shabby outdated version. The restaurant was slow, unaccommodating fir vegetarians and the quality of food served was poor (the chocolate cake was literally served frozen with freezer burn still on it!). We asked to book at taxi to the art museum and it turned out to cost us $75 as a set rate ($25/person) without mentioning anything. The pool is nice and big but was not cleaned. We were looking forward our night there from the positive reviews so were shocked to arrive and see the state of things. Assuming many of the 10/10 reviews went on safari with Njiro and that was part of the positive rating. We did not, so maybe that is also why the service was not to friendly or helpful. Regardless, we would not stay there again.

The place is super nice and cool the staffs are amazing the rooms are clean the terrace,the swimming, the garden for those who plan for short or long stay I recomend you here also best place before and after Safari
