Good location, nice pool, lovely greenery areas, comfy beds, complete breakfast
The room was too hot. We informed that to the staff and someone came to try to fix it but didn’t function.

The grounds were beautiful and the staff was warm, polite, friendly and professional.
The room needed some maintenance; the drapery had a big tear, the door was very heavy and hard to open, the bathroom grout looked somewhat moldy, and I had to ask for bathroom linen like face and hand towels and tissue paper,

Location was good
This is a big hotel. It’s a nice place, but I didn’t like the food served at breakfast and the TV was not working. We had better food in our tented lodge/camp in the middle of Serengeti.

We stayed there two nights for our safari trip in NgoroNgoro and then went to Moshi

Breakfast was excellent - many choices. Dinner also great.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed the selection at breakfast, which was halaal except for bacon at a separate table. The room was equipped with a kettle, safe and mini fridge.
The coffee at breakfast wasn't great but I enjoyed cappuccinos at an extra cost of 8000 shilling from Arabica restaurant. Room service was good quality but quite costly. The room key card was faulty and I had to go to reception on a daily basis to reactivate it.

Great Ambience,, this hotel is have beautiful landscaping & overall Ambience is just superb
I think staff needs to be more polite especially in the restaurant. They should be attentive to the guest more
