The staff were amazing!! The food at the restaurant was incredible, fresh, delicious and made to order. Not sitting in a pot to be reheated. Bed and the view feom the 5th floor was Breathtaking!!
The shower was a little tricky to get the water temperature perfect, but that was it!

Not all amenities mentioned on the website were present in the room. This I found true of all hotels I booked during this holiday. However kettle, tea/coffee facilities were provided immediately after request.

Staff were friendly, and central location.
No hot water for shower, room and bathroom were dirty (although towel and sheets were clean). WiFi did not work in rooms. Very basic hotel.

Perfect if you like the chaos of central Arusha like I do. Right near the market and walking distance from restaurants and central bus station. Room was comfy too, I had a corner room.
Hot water was only warm, balcony door didn’t shut, staff could be more welcoming.

Great location, very helpful staff and a comfortable stay.
The power went off in the middle of the night with no generator back-up which made the room really hot without the AC.

Rooms were small and cramped. AC was making noise. Breakfast buffet was pathetic. The only two options in the menu worthwhile were bread and omelette and if you asked for an extra omelette, the staff asked for extra charge!!! Received tea kettle in room after repeated requests with no refill of tea or coffee. For everything, requested in room there was extra room charge. Kitchen had no good food options if u wanted to order dinner. I paid 120 USD for 3 nights, 40 USD per night.. Maybe 10-15 USD per night is ok for this property. Not more. If u get it that price, worthwhile. If anything more, avoid. Rooms not worth more that 20USD per night at max.

Very helpful staff, good location
Breakfast was disappointing. Shortly after I arrived, the sausages ran out, and it took the chefs over 30 minutes to prepare more. By the time they were finally ready, most of the frustrated guests had already finished their meals and left. It left me wondering if this might be a regular occurrence.
