Beautiful property! Super clean with the loveliest garden with a nice, warm camp fire at night. Innocent and Batiste who run the house are awesome and will go out of their way to help you with everything! I got help with my safari in Ngorongoro and bus to moshi! I loved meeting the other travelers there too. The house fosters a great community!
the location can be a bit of a hassle but i didn’t mind since the house was so nice, I had no reason to leave ? plus the hosts will help with delibering food and easily finding cheap transport to town

I stayed at Mazzola for 4 nights with my 8-year-old daughter. It was a lovely place with a spacious living room & dining room and well-equipped kitchen with basic food supplies in stock. A short 15-minute tuktuk ride to town and you can easily use Bolt to get around.
The host, mr. Innocent, was always on standby to help us with literally anything we needed, from arranging tours to national parks at fair prices to recommending places to eat or visit in Arusha town.
He has gone beyond and above to make our trip to Arusha as fun and meaningful as possible. His professionalism and genuine care for the guests truely shone through, and thanks to him, our trip to Arusha will remain as one of the most memorable trips in TZ.

We spent four nights at the Mazzola Safari House and had a great time! Innocent was so cool to talk to, he gave us many recommendations of cool places we could go to and also restaurants where we could eat- he even cooked breakfast in the morning and took orders of places we wanted to get food delivered from. Our room was nice and clean, the dog was very calm and the whole garden area was beautiful to hang out in. Would definitely recommend!

I feel as home and safe.It is a place in an african neighbour hood.Innocent and Batiste are so lovely persons,and help with all your needs.Tuk Tuk was organized,so the money reach where it should reach.Will come back! Nice garden to relax and meet friendly people.Breakfast made with love.

Despite a very short stay, we were delighted by our time at Mazzola. The House is spotless, the garden really enjoyable, and our host extremely kind to assist us in any way. The place has a really nice communal feel to it as well!

The host was really welcoming and totally helpful, when we had questions. We loved staying there. The room was clean, there's a beautiful garden that you can use and everything is really cozy and homy because there are not many people that can stay there (only three rooms). We would really recommend it.
The only thing is that it's a bit of a walk until the next bigger street. You can drive with Bajaji or piki piki to the Hostel but the road is not good. So we just walked to the street and took a motorcycle from there. But it still is okay. I think you walk like 5 to 10 minutes.

Very cozy space and the owner is awesome! Also really good wifi so if you have to work this place is great! Also you could cook your own breakfast which I loved. You can use their ingredients for free or if you want breakfast made you can pay for it.

Innocent, the owner of the place, just safed our whole journey to Tansania. He helped us a lot with understanding the country and it's locals and how to handle some of the difficulties we encountered while travelling there. We also booked our Safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with him and everything worked just perfect. All of his recommendations turned out to be just the best - from restaurants, to places we visited later on during our trip.
And of course the garden of the house is just a dream - quiet and relaxing!

Innocent was very welcoming and encouraged us to treat the space as our home. It was a lovely atmosphere and the room and facilities were excellent and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and Innocent was very helpful when we asked for advice about where to get dinner.
No complaints here - can't think of anything to improve!
