The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and towels were plush. The staff was truly excellent, very friendly and service oriented. Restaurant menu had a lot of variety and the food was excellent. Pool was situated in a very beautiful and relaxing location.
Instructions for the safe were confusing. The instructions said to press the “red burton” inside the safe. There was no red burton or button. I ended up locking the safe when I was trying to figure it out. My brother and his wife had the same problem in their room. The AC controls were also very confusing and there were no instructions. Once I figured it out, it still took hours for the room to cool down.

The hotel looks great on the outside and has a very nice and green pool area to work and relax as well as to swim in the afternoons. The hotel staff is very friendly. They clean every day, and the food is very good. One day there were monkeys on the property, which was very fun too. We also used hotel transportation a few times and it was very accommodating.
Our room had a broken AC, which we asked to fix several times, but it was never done, so we slept with the windows open, which wasn’t too bad because it gets cooler at night. The bathroom is spacious but the shower itself is pretty small. The overall furniture is outdated in rooms and the TV only has local and sports channels.
