It surprised us how nice it was. Although not cheap at $100/night it did include a delicious breakfast buffet for the three of us. The pool was a delight and the staff were super nice.
It's undergoing a remodel so it was noisy and dusty but that is to be expected. The staff did everything they could to mitigate the inconvenience.

We stayed there twice, once before and then again after our safari time
The second stay was great because we needed lots of space to repack for our time in Kenya and the reception upgraded us to the rooftop suite. It’s a long way up to the 5th floor without an elevator but it was so worth it for the fridge, the living room and the bedroom.
Our first night there, we were staying in a very small room on the ground floor and the amenities were about a 1 star! Not happy at all and the room was overpriced for what we got. Always ask for an upgrade if booking via this website we were told!
They could improve in the breakfast selection. During our stay they forgot to put out the cereal and I had to use my own! Quality of food rather poor and too many baked goods that didn’t taste good at all. Also, would have liked granola or muesli instead of cornflakes.

The staff takes the experience to the highest level! They made every day a unique experience fir me! The food was exceptional. And there was so much choice. The room was very nice! I had a small issue with the lock, so I was upgraded, and I really appreciated that!
Really, any of my small issues were resolved right away so I had no problem!

The staff are exceptional and that is what gets the highest scores from me! The breakfast is the absolute best I have had . All of the staff deserve big applause because they really go out of their was to make this a happy experience
The area isn't the best if you want to walk around or shop.

Terrible food and even worse coffee. Hot water lasts a maximum of 5 minutes—better be quick. No soundproofing at all; all night, people were running up and down the stairs, slamming doors, and shouting across the corridor. The AC barely holds on, making noises like it’s on its last breath. Bad WiFi connection

The personnel was extremely kind. Also, the gym was in top conditions. I liked the sauna and steam bath too. The personnel also help us prepare breakfast to take for our next full day trip. This was amazing! Thank you Green Mountain!

I really enjoyed my stay at Green Mountain Hotel and would definitely book this place again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel offered a variety of things for breakfast, everything in the room worked with no issues and I really liked their very relaxing swimming pool area.
