Disappointing
The breakfast is okay, but dinner buffet is very expensive and there much better options around the hotel. There's no elevator, the toilet was broken when I arrived to my room, and the wifi didn't work.

Only there one night and I was very poorly all through the night so skipped breakfast.
It was a bit hickle pickeldy..... swimming pool was out of use

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was more than adequate (quite large for just 2 people!), and the restaurant menu featured a variety of tasty meals. Concierges Paul and Patrick deserve special recognition for their willingness to go above and beyond with any request or inquiry.
The room featured a large full kitchen (without cookware) and bedrooms separate from the bathrooms. Very large living room with abundant furniture and T.V.
We did notice some wear and/or decay in flooring areas, as well as some trim. This did not cause inconvenience during our stays. Although not in "downtown" Arusha, and on a busy road with plenty of daytime activity, the neighborhood gets quiet after hours.

They charged my card when I specified I would pay cash on arrival and they gave me attitude when I complained about it and told me that they do this according to SOP. The booking states no prepayment needed and I stated when I arrived I would pay cash that’s the only reason I booked there…
WIFI is horrible, very slow and cut out multiple times while using it
Communication from the hotel is horrid
Black mold in the bathroom
You feel dirty staying there
Food takes very long to come
Water pressure fluctuates as you take a shower
Electricity goes on and off multiple times
Will never stay here again
