Friendly and flexible staff. They provided us with early breakfasts and late dinners according to our safari schedule.
Rooms are quite small, especially for two people.

The staff are very friendly and polite.
The hotel offers meal and drinks with reasonable price.
The hot water for shower was not very stable, but it seemed to be a common issue in the area.

They offer storage service while on safari, and the food from the restaurant is delicious and well priced. I will stay here again and recommend Bright Star to others who visit Arusha!

The staff here is so kind and helpful. For us it was a Perfect place to stay some nights before and after a safari. The staff took good care of our bagage while we were on tour.
Good and clean rooms.
Maybe some people will say that it is a bit away from the center of Town. For us it did not matter and we found both supermarket and restaurants in walking distance.

This was our second stay at Bright Star and every bit as enjoyable as the first. We had a room opening onto the long upstairs balcony. Very nice to sit there and relax after busy days. Really helpful and friendly staff. The breakfasts were nice, too. We can highly recommend this hotel!
