Room was with mosquitoes, had to change 3 rooms on the first night and had to go find a different hotel same night. I had to pay $20 cancellation charges. The toilet flush did not work Hot water was not available The wash sink came off No air conditioner Fan was working ridiculously as it was going to fall off No fridge/microwave Beddings and linens had stains and with out

It was a bad experience because I had booked a single king Size bed. I was shown a room with triple beds and my booking was cancelled. I did sleep there. Though on I inspection on arrival what I was shown looked like a dormitory.

- Convinient location to attend an international conference. (Walking distance from the Arusha Conference Center.) - Decent breakfast (Omlet, toast, coffee, fruit) is included. - Good Wifi connection. - Open patio in the second floor.
- The facility of my room (such as washroom) is a bit decayed but clean. Because the room price is cheap, you can't conplain. This hotel is value for money.

Staff were very friendly. Location of hotel was very convenient.
I think rooms should be cleaned everyday. Power cuts, generator gives access to only light and fan. Can't charge any rechargeable device.
