Convenient thanks to airport shuffle
The shower didn’t have hot water. A woman entered the room while I was only with my towel wrapped around my body and asked the male manager to enter the room, even though I’ve asked her not to call him because I wasn’t wearing any clothes. So in the end the guy saw me almost naked and didn’t understand why I was upset. Very disrespectful.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were kind and helpful.
All was good. It was our first night in a new country, and it was a perfect landing pad. They picked us up from the JRO airport and drove us all the way to Arusha for a fee.

We stayed here before starting our safari and had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with fresh juice. The driver was waiting at the airport, even though our flight was delayed, which we really appreciated. One of the best parts was having food options available on-site, which was perfect since we arrived in the late afternoon and didn’t feel like going out. Food was very good.

Disappointing
Welcoming and kind staff, good breakfast, the mattress was comfortable.
The bathroom was terrible, heavy door that can’t be kept open, no curtain so the water would splash all around then you walk in a puddle every time you go to the toilet for the rest of the stay, soiling the rest of the room.
The room was near the water container which was noisy. The duvet had no sheet on it and was stained. The pillow cases are so thin they don’t really protect the pillow from guests sweat, nor does it protect the next guest’s face from it.

It’s great value for money hotel, for us location was perfect as we were picking rental car nearby. It has hot water and AC, comfy beds with nets breakfast is large and very tasty. There is option to order lunch and dinner too. The employees are very professional and so welcoming. We had a great stay!

Great hotel, amazing value for money. The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate us. I had a problem with my backpack and they immediately helped me. I thank them for that so much!
The breakfast was very nice, simple but we were very full after. The room was clean and the bathroom quite spacious. The mattress was comfortable and there were no mosquitoes in the room. The driver took us to the airport and was very nice along the way.

Breakfast was OK. Although a little variety would be good. Also if you prefer proper breakfast you may need to supplement. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the staff were pleasant and the stay was quiet to our liking. The owner was very kind and offered us Nyama Choma on Christmas day at no extra cost. The dining area was ample for our family of 5.
There is an issue with heating the water. It needs to be turned atleast an hour before shower time. The hotel is accessible although the road from the tarmac isn't good and the neighborhood is not flattering but once inside the rooms, you will forget the deficiency outside.

Wonderful
Breakfast was excellent. We had dinner in the evening and was very good. Humphrey the Manager was excellent and very helpful. Could do with updating but overall was clean and adequate.
Location was not the best and was out of town but for one night stay it was not an issue. Our driver cautioned us about not travelling at night in the area.
