I just like that its walking distance from markets
Everything. The telephone is broken, the room smells bad, customer service is bad, wifi isnt working, the aircondition in our room is also bad. Room becomes hot around midnight. When i called theyve decided to just give us electric fan.

Property is just few minutes away from ximending area and MTR. Room was clean and even the linens but the reception and elevator area needs to be cleaned and organized at all times. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

- Great location at an affordable price - Able to check into our room early at no additional cost - Free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch! - We had some issues with our room (more specifically, our neighbours). The staff were happy to allow us to move rooms; we informed them at around 8am and had moved by 9:30am.
- There are two Ximen Citizen Hotels on the same street. The hotel that we stayed in did not look like the images on the listing; it was far more dated (as was the first room we stayed in). - Walls were incredibly thin. However, this would only be an issue depending on your neighbours!
