Fantastic location in a lively part of Taipei. Metro station is just across the road to make getting around convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean.

Great location. Awesome bar and pool. Room and Bed was comfy.
The closet was a bit small and clumsy to get things in and out, and the powder / make up area and can be a bit more spacious.

Food is really nice. We ordered room service as well as the breakfast buffet, all of them were really delicious. Cocktails that served at Yen Bar are some of the must drink items. Bartender is really nice and kind.
Also the view was really nice even in a rainy day.
We had some troble on payment, we spent 30mins on check-in and still the staff charged me more than what it should be. I assumed the hotel staff might thought that he took too long in the check in procedure which resulted in, we were not introduced with the breakfast arrangement nor the swimming pool opening hour. The swimming pool was closed for no reason at me (we were told that it was closed because of bad weather when I asked about it in the next day)
We went sightseeing and when we came back, the hotel staff told us about the incorrect charge and would like to refund the total amount to me and recharge me. However, as I am using a debit card, refund usually took me longer to receive, unfortunately my CC has a limitation on daily charge amount that makes me not able to pay twice in the same day. The receptionist asked me if I have another CC but I do not want to bring too many card with me so I do not have another one, besides, I can charge another 100k to my card in the next day, so I request paying tomorrow. The hotel staff blamed me by not having more than one card and refused to accept my suggestion that paying tomorrow, acted like we are trying to escape from the billing. I did not have too much cash with me as well as my card did not have enough amount because they have charged me already. Incorrect charges is not my fault and i do not deserve to be blamed.
This stay is a gift for my younger brother but I made my brother to pay for it because of the hotel staffs human error, which I am very disappointed to.
I expected a pool side bar but the wet bar was closed, even though the pool was opened in the next day. And also only half of the pool side seats were able to use.

It was really gorgeous and had a nice view! And easy access from the station. Beds were very fluffy and comfortable.
There was a sound system by BOSE in room, so we could connect with our smartphones to enjoy music with a good quality.
We also enjoyed the pool at night!
There was no curtain or door at bath, so it got damp a bit.
