Beautiful property with an incredible on-site onsen and delicious food
It’s quite expensive, but you get what you pay for!! The hotel only has 6 rooms so it has incredible attention to detail.

Fabulous room, great staff - very attentive. It's a small hotel with a lot of staff that communicate well with each other. There's always someone around to help out. The baths were great also.
It could've been warmer in the hotel. Potentially some extra options for breakfast could be nice. Everything else was great

Breakfast was delicious and a lot of food. We ordered one western breakfast and one Japanese style breakfast and there was way too much food. We always brought some home.
The whole environment was so peaceful and it was the perfect place to relax and work through some jet lag. We enjoyed the spa - the hot springs and a massage. I was a little concerned about not having more amenities - swimming pool or gym, but once I arrived, I really appreciated that it was so peaceful and I spent a lot of time reading and enjoying the view and the lounges.
We had dinner there 2 nights and the menu was the same. It would have been nice to have more variety.

Excellent location, excellent attentive staff, excellent hot springs and spa facility, excellent food and wine at the restaurant!
Perhaps too much attention from staff and felt a bit monitored, bed sheets could be smoother and silkier, room service menu could be improved with more choices!

Restaurant and its food. Spa staff and massage.
We stayed in the biggest room but there was no window for natural air. After in-room hot spring soaking, the smell kept lingering through the night and we were unable to sleep well. Had to turn on the air exchange the whole day to make it better, not perfect. I requested to add ginger to my breakfast juice but the reception staff gave loads of reason not to offer. End up piece of cake to the restaurant.
Hot spring for men is nice, but dark for the women. Expecting it would be quiet but there were many outside guests booking for the hot spring and spa.

Villa 32 is a very special place. Peaceful setting, attentive staff, beautiful hot springs, exquisite food, the list goes on. I spent a weekend here to 'reset' after a busy time and returned home completely refreshed. A special thanks to Susan and the team at reception who took the time to help me find some edible souvenirs in Beitou on my final day.

This is a beautiful facility located in Beitou. There are only 5 rooms, we stayed in the Jade room which featured a comfortable bedroom, living room and large bathroom with a big bath tub. The staff were extremely attentive and courteous with 1st class service. We only stayed there one night but we were able to use their top notch hot springs facillity before and after check in. This was great while we were waiting for our evening flight from Tao Yuan Airport. Breakfast was also included.
The price was definitely much higher than some of the other surrounding high end reports near by. However, I think based on the pictures you are getting a bigger room, hot springs are probably much less crowded and service is much more personal.

The staff were exceptional. The service was second to none. The restaurant food was also amazing
The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The room felt very dated and there were several elements of the room that either damaged or broken. I felt the rate charged was not justified given the condition of not just the room but the lobby and restaurant which were also very tired, this left me feeling a little ripped off.
