I previously stayed at a Via hotel 4 years ago and sadly that one no longer exists. However, very impressed the same high standard extends to this location. - Room was very spacious, modern and clean. - Staff are all very polite and friendly. Always willing to help out and go the extra mile! - Laundry service available free of charge (only one machine but all guests are very courteous) - In addition to lots of snacks, drinks and even instant noodles, they have an ice cream machine too! - Close to Taipei Main Station which is a bit confusing but easy to navigate once you get used to it (Z10/Z9 entrance)
Nothing! Highly recommend - which is also why they are always fully booked!

The location is perfect. I chose the deluxe double room with window so I can say it was enough spacious for me. And it also provide a snack bar and drinks for free to customer, that is really nice. Overall, I was satisfied stay at this hotel.
Maybe I was stayed after the Mid-Autumn Festival, thats why the price was a bit expensive at 3-stars hotel in Taipei.

The hotel was relatively clean, it could have been quieter. The air conditioner was a little noisy. Also when I went out to dinner someone entered my room, and turned off the air conditioner! I left it on because I was not going to be out for long and it took too long to cool off the room. No one should be entering a guests room while they are checked in unless it is for cleaning or an emergency.

- Great location, very central, perfect to visit Taipei for the first time.
- The room was very large and well equipped. Shower was great as well.
- Free water, drinks and snacks accessible 24/7.
We are really glad we stayed at Via Hotel.
- The pillows were not super confortable. And only one pillow per person is provided.
- No flexibility to check-in before 3 pm.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a very good stay in this hotel and will return at my next occasion. The rooms were very good and the hotel is located conveniently close to the Train station.
Several guests closed their doors with a loud bang. That really disturbed me a lot. Some more TV channels would have been a plus, but sufficient as-is.
