The room was comfortable, clean, and a good size for 2 people. Even without a window, the room didn't feel too humid. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive and allowed us to leave our bags before check-in and check-out which was super convenient. The location is about a 10 minute walk from Taipei station and very close to Ximending as well. We also enjoyed the complimentary snack bar on the first floor!

Has a bunch of amenities for someplace so affordable like snack bar with free unlimited refrigerated water that’s stocked every day as well as coffee machine and ice cream machine, free washer and dryer. Close to Taipei station

The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were amazing. Tiffany was particularly helpful in answering questions about the typhoon and calling our next hotel to communicate logistics. She really went out of her way to help.
The laundry facilities weren’t working when we were there, but the staff helped us find a laundromat nearby.

It has very good location, the room was spacious and has nice bathroom. Even though they don’t serve breakfast, their snack nook is open 24hrs which is pretty awesome. It’s also value for money plus the front desk staff are all accommodating. Whenever we ask for directions how to go to certain spots, they guide us with their maps and help us book for cabs too.

-Water Pressure is really good
-Room is Clean and Cleaning staff did a very good job everyday. Remember my preferred sleeping style.
-Request for 2-3pm check-in which received a confirmation from the hotel via booking.com app but still room not ready upon check-in (arrived at 14:45)
-Staff didn't have information about early c/i. When challenge they gave us a new room on lower floor instead (2nd) original room assigned on 5th
-New room has no view and no window even it said city view. But u will be block by the other building on lower floor.
-the way of handling this issue was not proper otherwise i will rate 10 of 10 of this property as everything else is perfect as said above.

Loved how friendly the staff and easy walking distance buses/MRT station. We got the windowless room but it was fine for us since we went out a lot. Think of it as blackout curtains LOL. Unlimited snacks and drinks and tea and coffee. We also love the ability to do our laundry for FREE. They also hold your luggage before check in or after check out of you wanted to which is super NICE
