Friendly staff and they are very diligent in keeping the place cleaned. Although, the hotel is located in an old district but the inside is renovated with a modern design. It's close proximity to MRT and local bus can take you around places in taipei. Also, free snacks with hot/cold beverages serving all day are a plus.
The look outside the hotel, otherwise everything is fine.

The location, it’s very convenient not only for restaurants and convenience stores but also public transport
Taiwan is a very humid country so I hope next time the cleaning staff can thoroughly clean the sofas in the rooms mine had stains and pads of some sort and it was a little damp when we got there

Location is very convenient with walking access to three separate MRT lines, mattress was extremely comfy, staff were kind and willing to help with any request. I also appreciated the laundry area!
I liked that the common area had snacks, but I do wish the snacks could be a bit more plentiful.

Great location 4 minutes walk to MRT station, staff are very friendly and professional,they speak English .bathroom has bidet and water pressure is great, room is very clean, free laundry room , free snacks, coffee and soft drinks.i highly recommend it and will stay here if I'm in taipei again

Not too far from the station and easily spotted from the street in spite of its second floor location. We opted for a windowless room because it was slightly bigger. Not having a window didn’t really make a difference because the room was very bright. The lounge area was nice to have after a long day, to grab a quick snack before heading to the room. And the beds were very comfortable.

Services, location, and facilities are top-notch.
Via Loft Hotel's price is just right. The room size is pretty big for hotels in Taipei and it has Japanese toilet which is a must (hahaha) because the hotel's location is just a 15-min walk to Ningxia Night Market and 5-7 min walk to Shuanglian MRT Station.
The hotel does not have free breakfast but it does have free food on the second floor which is heaven! The food offerings i.e. biscuits, cup noodles, jelly, and drinks are one of the best Taiwan has to offer.
From the second floor's food haven, the hotel has weighing scale for luggages and airport shuttle service. The 24/7 free laundry service was a life saver!
More importantly, the staff were very welcoming. Some members of the concierge have a little difficulty speaking in fluent English but they exert a lot of effort in making our stay wonderful. We can't forget Ralph who has been the most remarkable during our stay. He recommended the best places and even printed transportation routes for our personal itinerary.
Taiwan's slogan "Heart of Asia" and "Waves of Wonder", Via Loft Hotel is a testament to the slogans. The services, hospitality, and location definitely makes us want to go back to Taiwan and stay in this hotel.
Things to improve:
1. Bathroom curtains - it has yellow stains.
2. Bed skirt - a few yellow stains.
3. TV - better if it has at least 1 streaming app.

Brilliant central location- great for transport links and getting about the city. Quiet room with air con which was helpful, and the bathroom had a window if we needed. Comfortable beds and great value for money. The free snacks/water/tea was a real bonus!
