Overall nice hotel, very good location.
The walls weren’t very well sound proofed, I could hear the guests next door. Also, the lighting is very dim. Makes it a bit difficult especially in the washroom mirror.

I had a wonderful stay at At Home Ximen! ✨ The first thing I noticed was the elegant ambiance – clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The interiors are modern yet comfortable, creating a relaxed vibe that’s perfect for unwinding after a day in Taipei.
Cleanliness was also top-notch. ? The room, linens, and common areas were spotless and well-maintained, which really added to the comfort of my stay. Everything felt fresh and tidy, showing how much care the staff puts into keeping the place welcoming.
They also provided snacks and had free laundry self-service.
The place could use brighter lighting, especially at night, at the common area, and I would also suggest more savory snacks, water and coffee available inside the room.

The hotel is in the perfect location in Ximen, maybe 10 mins walk from a MTR. It has a nice lounge with free drinks and snacks, and the staff were really helpful. The little balcony was cute too. Free WiFi as you’d expect. It was a good choice, we didn’t regret it at all. Staff were really helpful too.
It’s so dark in the hotel all the time. Balconies need two chairs not one.

In a great location. Staffs are very helpful, let us check in early, as well as help us call taxi to airport.
Laundry onsite is a bonus.

The location really not bad. 5min away from MRT and easy to follow the map to the hotel. The hotel although is inside the small street, but it’s really not noisy. XMD can be very noisy, but this hotel located somewhere not noisy and it’s convenient to good food places, Mac , many 7-11 and even Watsons.
It may not be as new or as luxury, but comfortable.

Extremely sympathic and friendly staff, took the initiative to give recommendations how to commute and what to see etc.
If I were being picky I was a bit confused with the signage system on the ground floor. But it’s not a big deal, very pleasant stay overall.
