The facilities just wow!!! Worth every penny & its near to ximen market, but its quiet area at night, i can guarantee u, u will feel comfortable to rest at night.

Location and size of room were excellent. I like the pantry as well. Front desk was very helpful in arranging a driver to take us to the tourist spots. Very customer oriented
Theres a very strong smell of insecticide starting from the lift to the room. When we informed front desk, they came immediately with air purifier which was much appreciated.

Love the location and the digital toilet! Location super convenient to go everywhere, subway is 5min walk and all food you can find near here! The room is very cosy, clean and the staff super amazing and helpful. Got a lot of information on where to go with them.

Location, really quiet area but 3 mins walking from a busy area. Clean and snack bar.
Check out 11am when check is at 4pm. Main problem is staff. They dont speak English and is almost impossible to communicate and have also an attitude on that. If you want be a good international hotel English should be spoken in my opinion. Also they want force after the booking to download an app called line that for me Apple user was not possible to download and they pushed even if I was explaining that I could not. They want send check in information via this app or they tell you that they will cancel the reservation probably did not happen with me as I booked the night before.

Prime location, in the heart of Ximending, 3 minutes work to ximending night street and less than 10mins walk to Ximen station.
Lots of complementary drinks and snacks at the second floor lounge.
