Very clean hotel, newly after renovated. Super breakfast, nice service, i stayed 5 nights there. Everyday breakfast new menu, recommend must try.
Not much hanging tools n frame in toilet.

Newly renovated, room is new and clean. Good bed size. Awesome hotel Will return again, have a very comfortable and pleasant stay there.
Location a little far, 15mins walk from Taipei train station but still manageable.

The pillows and duvet were good. Loved the pillow mist and bought a few home as gifts. The room is not large but luxurious. Layout of the room is good. Extremely comfortable bed. I overslept. Breakfast is excellent, the choices exceeded my expectations. My hotel of choice when I next visit Taipei

Since the hotel is located in the city, access to major tourist attractions was good. The staff was also very friendly, and communication was very easy because the staff spoke English. As it was a new construction, the interior was modern, clean and convenient.
Since it hasn't been long since it opened, it was a little disappointing that breakfast was not provided, and similarly, fitness services were not available.

The room design and details such as the bath tub, mist spray for pillow, the bedroom slippers, the bag for hand soap etc. Location near to many good restaurants and also waking distance to the shopping mall such as Eslite, Taipei Linear Park and 13 minutes to the MRT.
It's pity that the staff were inexperience and lacks courtesy when dealing with customer issues. When asked for late check-out, they basically denied and cited full capacity but if you pay you can extend, which renders the full capacity isn't really the true reason. English proficiency was poor. The front desk and breakfast area were often only manned by one staff. What happened to service with a smile?

It was very quiet and very clean. Nice classical music in the lobby. Some laundry included. Staff was very nice. I forgot my phone charger in the room when I checked out and they quickly noticed and ran down to bring it to me while I was waiting for the taxi.
