The room was clean, comfortable, and nice.
The location was very convenient.
The front desk staff were friendly but obviously not comfortable with English so they didn’t explain much about the hotel and when asked questions there were misunderstandings.

The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. When we arrived, the hotel's late-night dining service had already closed two minutes, yet, the chef still prepared a bowl of wonton soup for each of us—a gesture that truly warmed our hearts.

I booked two rooms, and stayed 4 nights with friends. One room looked clean, but smell bad that didn’t go away. They didn’t switch rooms for us because they said all rooms are fully booked, no room available to switch.
The other room had a drain problem. The Shower floor was higher than sink location. Shower water flooded all bathroom floor. Seems like the sink location and shower location is switched.
The staff worked hard to help us.

The Tango suite is roomy and spacious equipped with a washer. The hotel is close to some restaurants and Mitsukoshi Department Store. Housekeeping staff has been helpful and friendly.
The dryer in the room does not work properly. Bath tub is too narrow and become a hazard for a bigger size Westerner.

My room was in 2nd floor with the window above one canapés and a underneath another and all I see is a dark space as good as no windows at all. The air conditioning was very noisy at night disturbing sleep

Coffee, tea, bottled water, soda were provided daily.
I reserved a handicapped room. The bathroom was awful. There is no shower curtain. The bathroom floor is flooded after each shower because the floor is not leveled and created a big puddle on the entire floor. Water did not go down the drain hole. Very dangerous especially for handicap guests. Asked to change room and I had to pay extra to “upgrade” to a regular non-handicapped room.

Nice looking hotel with many in room amenities, which make the stay more pleasant. It faces a smaller street, and while I could still hear street noise through the windows, I was able to sleep well with earplugs. What is kind of unique is the sound insulation between rooms (there was some creaking, but minimal). All in all, it was a good stay.

It's clean, quiet, and in a great location. I especially appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

Comfortable bed and high-quality linens, excellent washer in the room, the room was warm, bright and spacious. Love the pouch to bring home the soap as it was lovely. Breakfast was very good with a great deal of variety. An eleven-minute walk from the main station, with 7/11 and shops nearby.
Staff were not very friendly, which was unusual for Taiwan, as we have found the country very warm and welcoming.
