Rooms were small but clean and the desk was a good size. There was a washer/dryer in the room. Bathroom was nice size with jet tub
Not the correct price. Booking showed me 156/night but actually was 181/night. When looking back at it showed 156/night but total was 345. Which is still more than 156. Tried to explain at hotel but they did not understand. So mostly it’s bookin.com that’s getting the bad review because I would not have paid 181/ n for this room

Great location near Nanjing Fuxing Station and surrounded by amazing food! The room is spacious, new, and very clean, with handy extras like two TVs and a washing machine. I was so touched by the hotel's hospitality—they even sent up champagne for New Year's! A perfect stay.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The facilities are great, and they even provide free snacks. We booked a room with a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
It depends on where your room is. We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights — some rooms face the main road and are close to the metro tracks, so you can hear the trains passing by. However, the overall soundproofing is quite good, so it didn’t bother us too much.

"Attention to detail" facilties (free mini bar, charging spot by the bed, TV-equiped bathroom, microwave, acoustic audio set, etc) in the room.
The overall lighting of the hotel was a little too dark and the breakfast could have been better with more variety of food.

Great location - easy walk to lots of transport options and food. Loved the laundry machine on the little balcony in my room. Towels were large, and complimentary amenities were a great touch (loose oolong tea in addition to tea bags, drinks in the minifridge, 4 full water bottles!). One of the comfier bed and plush pillows I've encountered in hotels recently.
Room was a bit small and cramped, though akin to room sizes in big cities! There was a lot of AV equipment in the room (in-desk stereo, subwoofer, speakers mounted in the corner) that I didn't personally need but might be a point for someone else. Ultimately the biggest downside for me was how DARK the room was and lots of down-lighting, so it was not easy to see or well-lit if you're looking at the full-length mirror and trying to apply make-up. Elevators during busy times (mornings) also took an absurdly long time -- being on a lower floor, I opted to take the stairs down in the mornings.

Great location. And that's about it, really. Housekeeping did a good job I suppose.
Good housekeeping but the front desk had virtually zero service. No amenities to speak of. The gym is a tiny closet with a few machines crammed in. Definitely not worth what it charges

The bath tub was wild, with the changing lights, surround sound and large mirror that turns into a TV!! Also the 4 bottles of water and mini bar (non alcoholic but several sodas and little snacks) were replenished daily as were the coffees and teas. It was a major bonus to have a washer/dryer to do our laundry!!
The room size was a bit small, but average for city hotels, and it felt a touch dark and almost dingy in the hallways, but overall it was really great.

Very Good
Very spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Great location, in a cool area with easy access to MTR and bus lines to get anywhere in the city easily.
Only drawback was the gym, which was really disappointing, with only some free weights and three cardio machines in a very small space without any windows. Also the elevators were a bit slow.

this is the first time in 10 years to use the backside rooms (studio) which has the washing machines in the balconies, the problem that the voice of the washing machines in the next or above or below rooms are loudly heard in the room (specially if the neighbor room washing their clothes at 8 am or 10 pm or at nap time)

Great Location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Water was a trickle on 22/9/25. Could not shower in the morning. Although I was booked for 2 nights, I left after one night due to the flight situation during the approaching typhoon Regasa on 23/9/25 I had to leave a day earlier. Paid for 2 nights even though I checked out at 4pm on 22/9/25.
