This is my 2nd time here, i stayed here last 2023. there Bed is Spacious, they have free coffee and snacks. Location is near everywhere, just 3minutes walk from Main station. You don't need to check in near in Ximending, because the location of this Hotel is very very good, Near in Mcdo too!, just besides family Mart too. if i will go back to Taiwan, I will choose this Capsule again

The staff I interacted with were rude except the man who checked me out at the end of my stay also found a cockroach in the kitchen

Online it said they had Wifi but they did not. I was working remotely and did not have wifi in the hours that I needed it. Everything else was decent but not great.

Great location, it was clean
It's in the basement and has zero natural light. Most importantly, this is not a capsule hotel! The "capsules" are just bunk beds arranged crosswise and separated by thin wooden "walls". The "doors" are just cloth blinds you roll shut and provide zero privacy or soundproofing. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the room. The female dorm has 28 beds, most of which were occupied by people coming and going at all times of the night, including going back and forth to shower at 1am. I did not get any sleep at all because every time someone pulled up their blinds it sounded like they were entering my "pod". The common areas and kitchen are very simple and small. The mattress was very thin and even more uncomfortable than the plane seats I had just spent 16 hours in.

Close to the Taipei Main Station. It very clean and well maintained, the capsules are comfortable. I will consider choosing this accommodation again instead of a single room. Perfect for a solo traveller.

The look and decor was excellent. The staff, especially Joa Laing was exceptional. The facility exceed expectation. The room beautiful although the moving space was little. The bathroom need to be looked at a bit more closely. Very happy all in all.
