The peacefulness and cleanliness. The staffs are approachable. Have free coffees, snacks and bread for breakfast. Great location near main station.
Pillow was too hard, our neck got stiffed.
Maybe also need to re-change the blankets.

The place was perfect except I didn’t have good sleep because of some ignorant people who didn’t follow the after 9pm rules, which is really annoying.

I like the location near to metro and there are so many shops. Its clean and quiet they also provide coffee, water, tea and snacks. Good value for capsule
No signage outside its difficult to locate. The bed is hard it gave me a backache

Great location right by McDonald’s, Family Mart, 7/11, and the subway station. Lots of toilet and shower stalls. Stuff were all friendly. The lounge was spacious and nice.
Seemed a but outdated and bedroom walls may need to be apply.

1) Location is close to the Taipei Main Station, malls, and restaurants.
2) My bed and room were clean and comfortable.
3) They have some free snacks, coffee, and water in the kitchen area.
4) The toilet and shower area was also clean. Shampoo and shower gel were always refilled. They also have a bidet which is uncommon! :)
5) The staff were also accommodating.
6) The common area was cute and cozy to rest after a long day.
1) My area (area A) was quite separated from the kitchen and bathroom area thus I would need to walk more compared to other areas but at least mine was in front of the front desk.
2) I was expecting a different bed than imagined via the pictures, but I was still given a nice one. Though the room had a weird smell probably because of some of the guests (?).
3) Probably more planned events in the future for willing people to socialize would be great.

the best location, There are many delicious restaurants nearby, and transportation is very convenient.
Not everyone follows the 11 pm silence rule; the magnetic clatter of doors opening and closing is constant.

This is my 2nd time here, i stayed here last 2023. there Bed is Spacious, they have free coffee and snacks. Location is near everywhere, just 3minutes walk from Main station. You don't need to check in near in Ximending, because the location of this Hotel is very very good, Near in Mcdo too!, just besides family Mart too. if i will go back to Taiwan, I will choose this Capsule again
