View from the room was great. As the hotel was next to a car park, there was unrestricted view to the ferris wheel nearby. The gym was big with many equipments and it was on a high level, giving a good view while exercising. Beds were the soft kind, which was perfect for me. Room was spacious and had ample space for luggage. Loved how there was a table and single seat sofas in the room. Great to sit and chat at the start and end of a day. Toiletries given were nice. Lighting in the toilet was a plus. Convenience store was available right in front of the hotel and there were several more on the side.
Would be great if there were more usb ports for charging. It's far from Taoyuan airport and several tourist spots. Great if you want to enjoy a stay out of the bustling city, yet be in driving distance from the main attractions.

=== About Room 1808 - Pillows were not supportive enough. Harder pillows were all taken. (2023/08/26 night) - No place (near entrance) to sit for changing personal shoes to room slippers - Air conditioner seems not tunable. (set 27degC but actually 24degC even overnight) === About Executive Lounge - Some seats are so cold because they are under the outlet of air conditioner.

No mini bar, small snacks, utensils, or bottle opener in the room? (We asked housekeeping for the last 2 and some extra water though, and they helped us out with those right away)

Breakfast was ok . Location was great and very convenient to get around . Close to the malls and the train station.
There were cover charges for drinks at the Roof top bar - I think the charges should not apply to hotel guests. We had to pay for wifi which i thought was ridiculous considering all hotels have free wifi. There wasn't much choice of restaurants and food in the hotel - for a 5 star hotel i was expecting a bit more. But overall the rooms were big and beds were comfy . The Sky 19 spa was really good and would def recommend it.
