The room was big and the staff was very nice and try to give us a room when we checked in. The bed was comfy and the window was big. We had a big bathroom. The location is however, 8-10 mins walk from the mrt station. It’s not far but it felt a bit of walking. And if you are taking the uber there, tell the driver the name of the hotel. It seems like the address didn’t mark the hotel entrance. Two of the drivers were a bit confused about the address.

Clean and decent services which is basic requirement for any hotel.
There were too many functions and event held in this hotel. Few days ago, there were more than 40 people there fighting for the only four elevators in the lobby, it was loud, chaotic and no staff members for Marriott were there to manage the crowds and elevators, not until I walk to the reception (which was few steps away from the elevator) to reflect the situation. This was a disappointment for the guests who has a longer stay in the hotel and affect the general experience, it was also a disgrace to the reputation to Marriott. I fed back the whole situation to the front desk, all they did were apologising. But the next moment I use the elevator on the same day, the situation still occurs. I’m not sure whether they are short of staffs or due to whatever reason, this is not good enough. The Marriott in Australia, Malaysia or even in Taiwan Kaohsiung was absolutely amazing, comfortable, and well managed. Think twice before booking in if you’re here for leisure and relax.

Beautiful modern hotel, spacious room and very clean. Attentive and pleasant staff. The area is close to shops, food options and the mall.
We were disappointed the pool was closed and couldn’t enjoy a night there.
